What is your Design Process?
We begin our design process by asking the right questions. Who is your audience? What are your business goals? What are your goals online? Asking the right questions is the most important step in the design process as it dictates the entire design choices that will be made.
We then follow that up with external research. This next step provides another layer of information that will guide the site's design.
Finally, all this information is evaluated and the design executed based on all the information at hand.
I've been hearing a lot about "CSS, XHTML and Web Standards" — do you do "these?"
Oh yes. Although a NetSuite website doesn't validate if you do a W3C validation we use CSS and XHTML to the max. This benefits your website with a clean code, which is great for SEO and Website speed.
Can you show me a site with all bells and whistles that will WOW customers?
Our idea is to WOW the client that contracted us to do the website. We believe in being thoughtful and providing the simplest, best possible solution for our clients. This rarely involves anything that beeps or swooshes around the screen. Check our NetSuite Ecommerce Customer List....

How does a typical engagement begin?
We begin a project by listening and learning — not showing you pictures. We want to know everything about your company, your project, your customers. We can do this over the phone, via email or in person. Next, we put together a solid plan and start working towards your goals.
How much input will we have toward the design?
Upfront, you'll be able to have as much input as you want. Short leash (place restrictions on the design) or long leash (sky's the limit), it's up to you. But, because of the low cost and short time frame, we won't be able to accept design input once the implementation process starts, and what we deliver is somewhat final, but you are covered with an always included 20 hrs Project tuning hours to make final changes.

Do you limit the amount of jobs you take per month?
Yes. We have to if we want to keep our quality, resources and processes working and delivering on time. This business is not about selling "hot cakes"...
Once you finalize the design and implementation project, do you provide maintenance?
All of our projects come with a 2 month free training/maintenance (20 Hours) included, because we believe that it is crucial for your on going success. After this period, you choose if you want to keep us on your side, or you want us to assist your internal resources with training. SuiteCommerce is backed up by a team of professionals and not by Freelancers. We are not a one man operation, so you can rest assure that we will always be there. What things should I take into account before starting or when hiring SuiteCommerce?
