After reviews are submitted, each review is then flagged as "pending" until the administrator either accepts or declines it. Upon reviewing pending reviews, the administrator also has full edit access to the review, providing the opportunity to correct spelling and other inaccuracies. In addition to being able to approve or decline reviews, the admin screen also provides you with the ability to search for reviews by a specific product ID number and/or pending, accepted or declined status. And since the reviews themselves are formatted completely with CSS, they can be easily customized to match the look and feel of any store.
